The international team player

A family community

When we talk about our family firm, we place the emphasis on the word ‘family’. And it’s something we practise too – from employees to top managers. It starts in the morning with the way we greet each other in the corridor, and ends with working out together in the gym after work. For me, all these things are what makes this place different from other companies.

My job is anything but a one-man show.

Supporting and being supported

At MEDICE I was allowed to get involved from day one. Through the wide range of tasks in the area of market access, I not only identified where my strengths and weaknesses lie, but also discovered my own specialist fields. Now I have more responsibility and pass on my knowledge to new employees to strengthen their development.

At home around the world

What I like best about my job is the interdisciplinary approach to work and communications with our foreign subsidiaries and partner companies. Our department is also very diverse: from scientists to legal experts – everyone brings different perspectives and ways of thinking. That alone makes the job and teamwork very interesting. We complement one another and pursue the same objective.
